Let me start by saying that I just learned that cookbook is one word instead of cook book (this is to show you how much I cook!), what I do know is that I've been pretty much eating raw food for lunch Monday - Friday and it's just incredible the difference that I see on my body and skin. This is why we're highlighting this fantastic cookbook called "Raw Star Recipes: Organic Meals, Snacks and Desserts in 10 Minutes" by chef Bryan Au.
