  This silky, soft and fast absorbing luxurious lotion is made with natural pure mechanically extracted premium shea butter from Chad in central Africa and pure whole leaf aloe vera juice. All the other ingredients in this formulation are also natural (apricot kernel and coconut oils). Shea butter is a sought after high value emollient that is extracted from the nuts of shea trees only found in the African savannah. Shea butter is full of virtues and has been used for centuries in Africa as skin ointment, moisturizer, softener, protector and healer. Chadian shea butter is particularly rich in vitamin E. Enjoy the added healing power of pure lavender essential oil. Shea Touch all natural body lotion is free of PEG, alcohol, carbomer and paraben.
  Unrefined shea butter: Natural emollient, nourishing skin moisturizer, protector, and healer due to its high content in unsaponifiable fats and other fine natural compounds such as: phytosterols (called karitesterols), alpha and beta amyrine (resin esters), parkeol (helps cicatrisation), lupeol (germicidal effect), butyrospermol (UV protection) and multiple vitamins (A, D, E and F).
  Aloe Vera Juice: It is well known for its soothing, moisturizing and healing properties. Aloe Vera extracts are said to have antimicrobial and antifungal activities. Other studies have also reported that topical application of Aloe Vera juice/extract can contribute to wound healing.
  Apricot Kernel Oil: This natural oil has a high content of vitamin A, which helps in slowing down skin aging.
